Is there a subscription?
No. You buy a credit pack once and use it whenever you like. Nothing renews by itself.
What does the free credit pay for?
One credit is added to your account when you sign up, once your email address is confirmed. It pays for one call to most countries, or two tries in test mode. For a 2- or 3-credit destination, you’ll need to top up.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe, from your account. We never see your card number.
What if a call doesn’t go through?
A credit is only used if the call actually starts: if it fails to launch, the credit is refunded automatically. Same if nobody picks up or the line is busy. Voicemail or silence, however, counts as an answered call: the credit is used.
Do my credits expire?
No, they stay available with no time limit. They are non-refundable.
Can prices change?
Yes, our prices may change (terms § 6). Credits you already bought stay yours.
