1. Publisher and Hosting
PrankCall AI is published by Bx Labs, a French simplified joint-stock company with a sole shareholder (SASU) with a share capital of €1,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 108 596 651, whose registered office is at 9 rue des Colonnes, 75002 Paris, France. 2. Service Description
PrankCall AI is an entertainment service that allows you to make AI-generated prank phone calls. The service is provided for recreational purposes only.
3. Access Conditions
The use of PrankCall AI is restricted to individuals aged 18 or older. By creating an account, you certify that you meet the age requirement.
4. Acceptable Use
It is strictly prohibited to use PrankCall AI to:
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone
- Make discriminatory or hateful calls
- Impersonate a public authority or emergency service
- Any illegal activity under applicable law
Any violation will result in the immediate suspension of your account.
5. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your use of the service. PrankCall AI cannot be held liable for the consequences of calls you make. You agree to use the service responsibly and ethically.
6. Credits and Payments
Credits purchased on PrankCall AI are non-refundable. Unused credits remain available in your account indefinitely. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.
7. Moderation
We reserve the right to moderate, suspend, or delete any content or account that violates these terms. Call recordings may be reviewed for moderation purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". PrankCall AI does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our liability is limited to the amount of credits purchased.
9. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes by email.
